The entry point into P-Series Appliance Edition.
P520 supports up to 20 users and 10 concurrent calls. It carries the same capabilities as the larger P-Series appliances apart from API and PMS integration, which makes it a straightforward fit for small sites that still need an on-premises system.
Small user count, full feature set.
P520 is built with the same capabilities as P550, P560 and P570 with one documented exception: API and PMS integration are not supported. Everything below is included rather than licensed per feature.
- IVR, voicemail, call recording and the full PBX feature set
- Linkus UC clients for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and web browsers
- Team chat with presence and file sharing
- Integrated lightweight video conferencing
- Call centre features including wallboard, queue panel, skills-based routing, priority queue, missed call disposition and SLA
- Omnichannel messaging with WhatsApp and SMS integration
- Microsoft Teams integration
- Operator panel with drag-and-drop call distribution
- Ready-made CRM and helpdesk integrations
- Contacts management, phonebooks, extension groups and organisations
- Role-based and group-based permission control
- Bulk auto-provisioning across a broad endpoint and SIP trunk compatibility list
The exception that decides the fit.
API and PMS integration are not supported on P520. If the customer needs hotel PMS integration or a bespoke API integration, the opportunity belongs on P550 or above — confirm this before quoting.
Small site, on-premises, no compromise on the user experience.
P520 suits SMB and startup sites where an appliance is the right answer — existing analogue or line connectivity, a preference for on-premises ownership, or a site where the operating model is already set. The user experience is the same P-Series one your larger customers get.
Confirm before you quote
- User count now and at the next growth step
- Concurrent call requirement
- Analogue, line and mobile port requirements
- Whether PMS or API integration is in scope
- Whether an edition change would suit better
Put a right-sized appliance in front of a small site.
Bring TeraFi the user count, the connectivity position and the integration requirements. We will confirm the model and the licence position.
