S-Series is end of sale. Support ends 1 July 2027.
Yeastar placed S100 and S300 at end of sale on 1 July 2022, with end of life set for 1 July 2027. If you still hold S-Series sites, the useful window for planning a replacement is now rather than in the last quarter before support stops.
The system keeps working. The position around it does not.
End of sale is not a switch-off. Under Yeastar’s published policy, the first year after end of sale carries bug fixes, maintenance releases and workarounds, with support continuing for a further period after that. What stops is forward motion.
- No new features are developed for these models
- New hardware is no longer available through the channel
- The support position narrows as the end-of-life date approaches
- Spares and replacement units become a secondary-market question
- Integrations and endpoints continue moving forward without the platform following
The risk is timing, not failure.
The common failure mode is not the PBX breaking. It is a site reaching 2027 with no plan, then replacing under pressure with no time for discovery, porting or acceptance testing.
Where each model goes.
Yeastar’s published replacement guidance maps the S-Series range onto P-Series appliances. Confirm the sizing against current user counts rather than the original order.
S100 to P560
The direct appliance replacement for S100 sites.
S300 to P570
The direct appliance replacement for S300 sites.
S412, S20 and S50 to P550
The smaller S-Series models map to P550.
Or change the model entirely
An S-Series replacement is a natural point to reconsider whether the site should stay on an appliance at all, or move to Cloud or Software Edition.
Small sites
Where a site has fallen to 20 users or fewer, P520 may now be the right size rather than a like-for-like replacement.
Check the connectivity first
Analogue, ISDN or mobile connectivity attached to the S-Series often decides the design more than the user count does.
An end-of-life date is a planning cycle, not a scramble.
If you maintain S-Series sites, the window between now and July 2027 is enough to sequence them properly — discovery, design, porting and acceptance per site, rather than a queue of urgent replacements in the same quarter. It is also a natural point to ask whether those sites should stay as individual systems at all, or move onto a hosted multi-tenant platform such as NovoOne under your own brand.
Where partners use us most
- Reviewing the S-Series base and sequencing replacements
- Sizing the P-Series edition and plan per site
- Handling the analogue and legacy connectivity position
- Acceptance, fallback and hypercare per cutover
- Provisioning and escalation through the programme
- Whether the base is better served as hosted tenants on NovoOne

Bring TeraFi the site list, user counts and connectivity position. We will help set the order and the first validation step.
Fact-checked on 22 September 2026 against Yeastar’s published end-of-sale and end-of-life policy and Yeastar’s S-Series end-of-sale announcement. End-of-sale and end-of-life dates listed cover S100/S300 V2 and V4; dates for other S-Series models should be confirmed with TeraFi. Support scope and duration are governed by Yeastar’s current policy.
